re: lsg/kcn/oxr - for acturtle ACTURTLE: BSG construction is expected to cmmence in May 2003 according to RFC Capital's latest research report, ie much less than 12 months away. The management of BSG are well known for their ability to fast track projects...check their track record with previous companies, excellent.

I am tipping first production will be by December 03. In any event, it must be in by march 04 otherwise they will lose rights to the project (although given gammon lakes inexperience, im sure they'd renegotiate).

Price being hampered by investor concern over the European winter and the impact on production.
