Is the meeting still going ahead?
Also, I understand the predicament that the board are in with regard to no other options, but don't Hanlong have a couple of hundred million to lose if they walk away? If that is the case, then it would appear that Sundance surely has some type of bargaining power. Therefore, wouldn't it be reasonable to expect the board to play some type of hardball in response to this latest irritation?
Maybe I'm missing some key point. If I am please enlighten me.
