    Low volumes bringing the price down.
    People getting sucked into selling at a cheap price.
    Those in the know probably manipulating the stock a little so as to buy more at a cheaper price before announcement comes out.
    Bad luck to those panicing and selling out of a stock cheaply that is on the verge of having a massive SP re-rating!
