on page 10 of the latest memorandum, at (c) it states that Woolley will likely take over management. i am figuring that he wants to avoid all the fees and expenses associated with winding up and paying out.
However, since he has not declared his intentions, we will have to wait and see.
i am pleased that sale has gone thru and at least cash will now be available.
i figure Woolley like the rest of us is tired of wasted funds going to management and continued losses to holders.
