Assuming the purchaser doesn't have any BSG, and the price does not fall back, there is nothing worse than missing out around those prices for the sake of half a cent or a cent.

If the prospective purchaser thought BSG were worth buying at 99.5c then why not at $1.00 or $1.01.

BSG are now trading at $1.03, though on screen buying depth is thin. (Off screen?) That 99.5c bidder should have simply bought BSG from off screen.
