Angor, I think that is right. That is the key question. If NDRC confirms their support for the deal then that will IMO appease the market. They are the key body as far as the Chinese head of the beast is concerned. If we get that confirmation, and I think we will. then we will get there.

Regarding the steel mill partnerships, the Chinese press mentions lookimg for partners to join and invest. But at the end of the day, they IMO will represent the project appetite.
