Holders expected more news regarding production, contracts / sales / profit projections.
Maybe prematurely but NC said product in a matter of weeks, it's obviously delayed and the patience of some holders has dictated the sell down.
Until that news is available (and to market expectations) Lynas may price plank for a while and hopefully not go down much further.
