Z, just because they have created the shell of the company, it doesn't mean it has to be listed straight away.
Only publically traded companies exist on the ASX, LCY is well within their right to hold a company on their books without listing it individually. If we do look to publicly list Legacy Gold, which I believe we eventually will, there will prob be an IPO to launch it, while existing LCY holders will be issued an in-specie dist as a % of what the portfolio is essentially worth compared to the remainder of Legacy Iron imo.
Cal50, I am unsure of the JV agreement and if HAW actually owe us anything at all at this stage? The first and only time I have heard of this is on HotCopper, are you able to advise if you have been informed elsewhere of outstanding invoices? Cheers
