You're nitpicking. In fact you are thrashing around as if you were drowning.
First you present a 50 year chart of ocean heat content pretending it is the ocean temperature from Argo, which started in '04, then you make a big deal of a 0.02deg/y. That would be less than the margin of error.
Are you seriously suggesting that we should stress world economics based on such a small rise that may just be error anyway? It isn't even clear that such a gradual rise would be detrimental, and for all but the panic merchants extra CO2 is probably more good than bad.
