it shouldn't be acceptable for ANY side/country to conduct a military attack on a sovereign nation unless a state of war exists between them.
That's official, Bones. No exceptions. There's just too much bombing, shooting, looting, massacreing going on in the world, already. Some countries just think they are above any International Laws. Doesnt matter what you or I think of Assad, laws should be laws and Syria is still a sovereign nation, despite outside efforts to change that.
