Need to read in more detail - but at first glance:

cash at end of Q : 8,3 mill

estimated outflows (March Q): (1,13 mill)
if they achieve the forecast 8,1 in revenue (6,8 mill operations costs)

7,6 mill estimated in Investment/Development

so- maybe time for a call to HQ to clarify

Very close to the wind the way I read it - any shortfall in forecast estimates and this may come "unstuck"

Basic view:

8.3 mill left
(1,2 mill) March Q !! including 7,1 mill in Corporate Facility being negotiated !!

Not much room to be honest

I'd like to see monthly production updates - like today is end of Jan:
how much has been produced in Jan and is it up to projected outcomes ???

You seem to have a "direct line" to HQ and some hard questions need to be answered the way I read this.

My guess is KGL mgt are aware they will not be able to go back to SH at this stage (any more misses of production forecasts and I for one will not take part - and what raise @ 20c ???)
