Sorry I should have been clearer. I was trying to say that in the case of shareholders voting against the CR I was trying to highlight that it would be unlikely that Allied would call in the loan as there would be serious consequences their board appointees and interim CEO. It would also destroy value for them. I do not expect this as a realistic outcome.
If the terms as detailed by the AFR are true, then it would be unlikely that shareholders would vote for the CR.
