I just wish to add that I thinka salary of around $400,000 for Neil and Kim for a company making no money and a market cap as low as it is today is absolutely outrageous. There are ceo's that make that much in a company with a market cap in the 100's of millions that actually make a profit and pay a dividend. An example is UXC. Yes the ceo made more in bonuses etc but the stock has gone from 38 cents to $1.09 in one year. He deserves it. Neil and Kim have done nothing yet to earn this money and I find them very greedy indeed and serve only their own needs, not those of the shareholders!!

No one in their right mind can put an argument to support the salaries paid to Neil and Kim.
