I think they have 7 days from the close of the offer date to make an extension? On that basis they have until next Friday (08/02) to notify of extension, and also to update on the status of the bid's conditions, such as whether they will waive the 'change of control in Financial Arrangement' condition and admitting that there has been no 'material adverse effect'.
