11km road will be built from the existing road that leads to Porgera.

The Capex Table below shows a figure which combines the Road, Building and Water Storage at $32Million, so the road would cost around %15-$20million.

Or 12,000 ounces of Mt Kare gold! :)

Gold Mines don't have the massive capex that iron ore, coal, copper mines have because 1Tonne of Gold is worth $54Million, not $140 for iron ore, $95 for coal and $8000 for copper.

We don't need a heavy haulage rail/port to transport millions of tonnes or ore.
