Peregian wasn't part of Wilbow and it is the one of the original large tracts of land that is slowly been cut up and developed. Great for us...this stuff is recorded at cost which is well below today's value.

In hindsight, Wilbow has given FKP Enormous indigestion. A really big purchase at the wrong part of the cycle. But as each blockmisvsold the on digestion abates.

I bet Phil Parker must be thinking...what if i sold out pre Wilbow?
