Yes. Very interesting. Interesting how control-freak Gillard tightly managed the press conference. Even after 20 and 12 years in the Federal Parliament, as they're heading out the door, these senior figures felt so constrained as to stick to the narrow party line. Lacking in courage and candour.
What's the payoff? Predictions: Roxon will turn up in a senior, lucrative role in the union/Labor dominated Fair Work Australia and Evans will find a cushy job in one of the many union/Labor dominated industry super funds
They will both be very generously remunerated for these essentially part-time roles as well as enjoying very generous lifetime super payments. PS how can we find out how much super Roxon will get after 8 years in the Parliament??? Its our money. We have a right to know.
