Not sure if anyone has seen these but advertised this weekend in the paper with interested parties having up until March 1st to register their interest this is more for actually building and operating the shared facility charging a toll fee as well to the various iron ore miners that will use it.
I imagine for FAS to get it's $300 mill they will need at least a guarantee of 3m/t per annum allocation regardless of whoeveer wins the contract to build the facility.
Feb now and decision pending Sept / Oct this year, 18 months to build so the time for some cash and begun building that 14km rail spur and mine infrastructure is fast approaching.
Wonder whether this MOU to build infrastructure still holds some credit for the MUIOF and gives them a leg up to build the iron ore facility. One thing i do know if they get the $300 million they are both a strong bargaining chip. Legally may be able to challenge it going to another party as well if unsucessful with a bid.
