Oh for goodness sake - labor have had OVER FIVE YEARS to fix whatever they perceived to be a problem left by the libs.
This appears to be nothing but excuses for their own incompetence.
And what about the 20 billion in cash left by the libs - labor were quick to plunge us into about a $260 billion debt during those five years. Surely they had the funds to fix whatever they wanted in the health system.
