If they said $25 a barrel that seems expensive to me.

Texas Crude which I gather will have a greater density than the quality of oil from Suprise is said to be 138 kg/ barrel.

I think just a boogie tri will have a load of about 40 tonnes or about 290 barrels.

That equates to $40,000 per load. A road train will have about triple the load or $120,000 a load.

If it that much I might buy a tanker.

I've been out of trucking for many years so I am only guessing. May be someone with more recent experience will be able to correct my figures or you may be able to correct my perception of what you are expessing the costs as.
