A figure of 10.5 is presupposing there is no news or change in status. I personally cannot see RC just sitting around until next year. he has already proven that he is working well and methodically towards building this company into a something that could eventually become a top australian company. The steps he has taken maybe small but they were incredibly important to the integrity and therefore credibility of the company. I would not be surprised if he does not somehow range the use or shared use of drilling equipment with a JV partner somewhere along the line to get surprise moving ahead quicker. or perhaps another JV partner, etc... He knows the options are critical to him getting cash next year, i cannot believe he is just going to hope the price will rise on its own without him having several possible plans to try to get it up there to ensure sucessful option conversation.
