the mt gibson town alone is worth $30m
a gold town is only as valuable as the gold profits emerging from it, agreed...not much good for tourism...
but shows how cheap the entry was into mt gibson tenements
as the mt gibson ore becomes more feasible the price that LEG paid for it will be petty cash
