one thing is for cetain the negotiations with steel mill are at embryonic stage and this whole time table has been designed to give hanlong as much time as SDL mngt think the Shareholders will swallow, to jv or on sell to a third party.

for all those saying why would anyone want to JV with SDL when they can buy the whole lot?....well you can ask the same question why would steel mill or anyone want to partner with hanlong if the can buy the whole lot?......Its just absolute madness from the board.....lets wait another 6 months to then agree andother 6 month delay. cretins!
