Ya kidding ya self. It's a bet by management and it's common knowledge options are rarely converted.

It would be easier & more efficient and guarantees funds with an underwritten rights issue and, if they want, attach free options for the pokies at an attractive excercisable price.

At the end of the day it's a gift. Oppy holders have their old oppies crystalised with freebies attached.
