Everyone is entitled to due process and to be judged according to the law. I actually believe that in general terms most of you also believe that but in this case you prefer the lynch mob mentality because it suits your political purpose. If a person is found guilty of offences by a court they will be dealt with according to the law. However, you are applying a lynch mob standard that you only apply to those that are not of your political persuasion.
The judicial system will establish the guilt or otherwise of this person. However the posts here want to use this individual to tarnish anyone associated with unions or a labor government. Such generalisations are improper. Those here that slandered lawyer Mccardle are taking a risk imo.
