…seems to have dropped a bombshell then left the building.

    abdm,

"DELIVERY OF HAIR CARE PRODUCTS ... and management did state that our technology could be incorporated into an almost infinite number of products..."

Those Pantene products look like shampoo without special delivery systems. Also, management talking about infinity is laughable. You seem to be a little overly impressed with management statements. Also, see comment to Falchion below.

"This confirms for me one of two things: 1. OBJ may have considered and/or tested certain formulations developed by PNO in the past, and have decided since to no longer pursue this avenue? 2. To quote Glyn: "OBJ works with major international pharmaceutical and FMCG companies to help them develop new products. This is highly secretive work as these are highly competitive sectors, so our partners rarely permit us to announce our progress, as that would alert competitors to where these majors are focusing their product development plans."

Option 1 would be very important and should be reported. Amg63 says that Glynn "categorically denied that OBJ are… associated with PNO," so does option 2 allow Glynn to lie like that?

As for sharing lawyers etc, you would expect a director of two companies who like the lawyer in one company to use them in the other company.

    Chookman,

"You seem very anul about thumbs up…"

No. Others are anal about it, e.g. they seek out my posts to TD. I use it to gauge the number of people who agree with unreasonable OBJ claims, or the number of people who want permanent positivity, or the number who appreciate vile attacks, etc.

    Opel24v,

"I'm not going to believe a CR is going to happen before the SP is at much much higher levels"

Why? Surges gave good reasons for CR in the 4c thread. Management will do what best suits them, and a lot of scenarios must be considered to guess what that would be.

    Falchion,

"Shampoo is as likely as anything else."

Not as part of the liquid. Maybe with a brush combo or something. Unless they have found a way to incorporate tiny beads, but that seems unlikely to me. The tech seems to require stability or repeated action, not random action as in a liquid. Happy to be proven wrong.
