can't fully agree jovanco
alot of developers are in a situation where they have mezzanine finance and can't get the next" roll over" unless they sell some blocks at a certain price..
they need a price so on paper it looks like it sold for X and no mention of the "discount" in transfer dock's..
i believe this is more the case.
