I have previously suggested middle of Feb for a result which I will continue to stick by.

But; and it is a big but, I have recently heard it suggested that it could be this week.

Just rumour, albeit one attributed to Hamish....

but then Hamish can err on the too positive side.

I beleive he has done this with DOC, early on! And in relation to a negotiated outcome with the green lobbies.
