Read the announcement this morning and thought it was good news but no market reaction. Either it is
Arrows discard or
there is no significant value allocated by the market because of the block on csg in NSW at present or
boa is just controlling price as seems to be the consensus on HC or
everyone is set at the risk level they want with DTE (sort of like me).

We are basically in same position we've been since the AGM.

I will as an exercise if I get a chance write out the worst case points for DTE on HC - I have done this informally myself and still come to the conclusion that it is worth the risk but am thinking the likelyhood of a complete failure is unlikely and that risk/reward is there, just wondering if I should increase exposure at the low levels the sp is at.

I don't want to buy much else at present.
