Do you think the Africans are stupid?

If Cameroon/Congo are going to push for anyone to be removed from the project it will be Hanlong - they are clearly responsible for the delays - not Sundance.

The best case scenario for the Africans would be for someone competent to come forward and either buy SDL or commit to funding the project. That is the quickest and least risky way forward.

Throwing SDL off the project at this point would be just about the worst thing they could do. Not only for the future of this project, but for the future of foreign investment in their countries.
