I emailed Lee and asked him why the company had not requested a trading halt, he told me that he had, I asked him if I could post that on the metalstorm boards , he gave me his permission, I consider that my right as a shareholder to ask questions about day to day operations, but not about stuff that was commercially sensitive, I also don't have to answer to you, I think the others here are correct in their assumption that you represent those that would like to take the company over without shareholder approval.

I believe that the entity behind what has been happening is in fact metalstorm Inc itself, they have always wanted MST to be an American company, personally I don't really care if it is, so long as we get paid what the IP is worth, the way this mob want to get it means that we get bugger all, I believe I would be just as well off in a way to let it go to the wall, so at least I can get my capital gains loss as against owning stuff all shares that would cost me more to sell than what the brokerage would cost just about.

I would also have the satisfaction of knowing that in the end they copped it in the neck as well, the IP would be locked up for some time, maybe that wouldn't be a bad thing either, sort of tit for tat?
