If you look at the reconciliation of cash in the cash flow statement, it appears that the 'Cash secured against enviromental bond' has decreased from $5,800,000 to $300,000.
Does this mean that the ~$6m required to pay as bond has been returned and now spent?
Should this have been stated and does it mean that they need to pay it again if they mine?
I might be wrong but if this is correct it is the only way they have had money lately.
