    Hi MG,

"You seem to be a little overly impressed with management statements."

And you seem to be backpeddling now, MG - You originally said, "I don't think OBJ would be involved in shampoo products..."

Now, you are refering me to your latest comments addressed to, Falchion... "Maybe with a brush combo or something"

Involved in Shampoo? - stop the dribble and make up your mind, yes or no?

It is to be understood that each of the agents described above (and other agents known to the skilled addressee) can be delivered to the hair shaft, the hair follicle and/or the scalp or dermis. Thus, for example, the depilatory agents may be delivered to the hair follicle or the scalp or both. The active agent may be in the form of a gel, paste, liquid, thermo-reversible gel or paste, etc. For example, the active agent(s) may be in the form of shampoo or hair gel.

"Those Pantene products look like shampoo without special delivery systems. Also, management talking about infinity is laughable."

Now, you are claiming to have X-Ray vision - This, I am impressed with - You may see "shampoo without special delivery systems", but I can only see product packaging - However, I do believe that All Pantene shampoo products contain "special delivery systems" in the form of active ingredients with 'chemical' enhancement properties.

With this image from the OBJ website you may also be able to see shampoo, or perhaps a deodorant, or maybe even an anti-perspirant, "without a special delivery system", however I can only see what appears to be a woman holding a hair brush probably picked up from some 2 dollar discount store in the local Perth area.

Perhaps P&G took one look at this hair brush and thought, "hey, it looks quite similar to hair brushes sold in most discount stores around the world, but we're sold on that striking deepskyblue colour - This thing could be a game changer, providing our competition can't find it - Damn, it's already highlighted on the OBJ website and in the non-confidential details and illustrations within the 'published' patent applications - What a shame one of our 1000 PhD scientists didn't come up with the idea first! Now we're left with no other alternative but to sign a multi-year, multi-product, multi-category JDA with OBJ Limited and its 'unimpressive' management just to incorprate that hair brush into some of our top selling global leadership brands - WATCH OUT UNILEVER!"

"Also, management talking about [our technology being incorporated into an almost infinite number of products] is laughable."

It would be nice if you could substantiate on some of your comments, however if you believe that OBJ's technology platforms are more relative to a hair brush than platform technologies which can manipulate the speed, depth, penetration and delivery of drugs and active ingredients at the molecular level without the need for costly new chemistry, then I can understand your confusion over managements "almost infinite number of products" statement.

How do you define 'sustainability' MG?

Pantene’s parent company, Procter & Gamble, defines sustainability as ensuring a better quality of life for everyone, now and for generations to come. By adopting a three-pronged approach - product, production and corporate social responsibility - P&G can make these sustainability goals and successes possible. To date, P&G has made some significant progress, but there’s still more to be done:

Improve Through Production: Since July 2002, P&G has reduced energy usage by 48%, CO2 emissions by 52%, waste disposal by 53%, and water usage by 52%. P&G aims to improve the environmental profile of all operations, with goals to deliver an additional 20% reduction per unit production in CO2 emissions, energy consumption, water consumption and disposed waste from P&G plants, leading to a total reduction over the decade of at least 50%.

Improve Through Responsibility: Improving lives around globe is a crucial part of P&G strategies. Goals include enabling 300 million children to live, learn and thrive, preventing 160 million days of disease, and saving 20,000 lives by delivering 4 billion liters of clean drinking water through our Children’s Safe Drinking Water Program.

Improve Through Products: P&G strives to delight consumers with sustainable innovations that improve the environmental profile of its products. With a goal to develop and market $50 billion worth of sustainable innovation products, P&G is on its way with $13.1 billion sold since July 2007.

"so does option 2 [relating to a trade secret] allow Glynn to lie like that?"

When you are already convinced that management have been telling porkies about the potential of its magnetic microarray film technology to be cut and incorporated into an almost "infinite" number of products, but then feel the need to question the validity of managements response in relation to trade secrets, you begin to start digging your own grave, MG.

Here's a simple exercise which may ultimately help answer your own question:

Call or Email the company and ask them if OBJ is collaborating with the world's largest pharmaceutical company, Pfizer?

I don't believe it would ever be Glyn's intention to 'lie' to any OBJ s/holders, but I also don't believe it would ever be Glyn's intention to compromise international trade secret laws.
