cogs, I supose there are various degrees of spperation in terms of accountant vs Winemaker.
in the case I mentioned the owner had a big time wine appreiation but also a business man. He did appreciate what the wine maker was doing but thought that small compromises like using russian oak rather than french oak and using some less than perfect grapes, unfortunatly the wine maker would not compromise.
I would be interested on what you would do in that situation?
