The loot tipped in by PR only applies to exploration drilling of the 3 targets. With roo-2 being an appraisel well, it would be imo 35% PR, 65% Kar.
I think Mr Hoskings was quoted in a recent media report as saying the cost to Kar would be around $50m, and this would come from current company funds.
Someone querried here recently why they don't use the Dolphin rig to drill Roo-2, same thing applies, the deal with PR is for exploration, not appraisel. Discoveries are much sweeter thing, so move onto the next one I say.
