yl, but no, it is precisely because the humidity increases with increased temperature that rainfall should not increase. More water will be held in the atmosphere - how much more, nobody knows.
It is still a puzzle how they determine that extra 7% though, as they haven't any idea HOW much water vapour is in the atmosphere to start with.
