re: Ann: PMI Announces Interim Order For Merg...
Yesterday was interesting, how many single share trades??
More frustration, for some reason Toronto finished down, although all the volume was at 78c. Doesn't make a lot of sense to me, because Keegan had a spurt putting on 2% in the final hour which may have been because the head of GRY was quoted at Indaba as saying that the PMI Keegan merger would be a template for future WA gold projects.
Secondly, this is from a Reuters article a few days ago. Nothing ambiguous about it.
"Each company's Board of Directors has unanimously approved the terms of the proposed Merger and recommends that their respective shareholders vote in favour of the Merger. In addition, directors and officers of both companies have entered into voting lock-up agreement to vote in favour of the Merger"
