Dhu are you on something? Why would RTL be wound up? Eastland has apparently applied for leave to appeal in the High Court re Eastland V's Whisson decision. This is after Eastland lost the Supreme Court case and then again on appeal at the WA Supreme Crt of Appeal. Not content at this, Eastland are seeking leave to go to the High Court. Chances of Eastland even getting a lookin are about 5% at their highest and then even less if they get to present their case before the court. They have to be fooling themselves. I mean I heard all the rubbish being peddled prior to the appeal decision that Eastland was home and hose. The lies and misinformation put out was astounding but at least 3 senior supreme crt judges easily saw through to the truth and came out with the correct decision. The suggestion that the judges are corrupt are ridiculous and a lie. What could possibly change by attempting to go to the High Court. I'll let you on a secret - "Nothing".

In relation to the Eastland V's Ritract the Master who heard the matter has basically dismissed the matter in Ritract's favour pending all court actions being finalised.

I know which company I would prefer to be in at the moment which will be clearly displayed in due course.
