Accordimg to the AGM notice one of the directors wants 20mn shares so the placement to SIs will be just 30mn - 1/4 of today's volume at an average of 80% over the preceding 5 days VWAP from the issue date.
I would expect assays first though.
The AGM notice gives ICG 3 months from the AGM to issue the stock so I don't think it will be iminent.
