I thought they are building a huge increase in the number of high rise units, rather than the 1/4 acre block, traditional family homes
anyone heard of Mastersons Homes, Knock down Rebuild projects....sounds good to me....they say it is cheaper than doing a reno...or partial reno knock it down and start again....
the lack of new approvals may have been impacted by the 36 billion plus the smarties have been piling into renovating and upgrading their existing homes each year for the past few years
