Sacked staff won't be impressed and some shareholders won't be either. Reminds me of a joke about a Japanese 9 man rowing team. The boat was made up of a sports pyschologist, a cox to time the rowing strokes, an urger on, an overall leader, a stratergist, etc etc and one rower. No wonder very little gold comes out of the mine.
