I think these labor shonks will escape prosecution despite all their dirty laundry being hung up for the world to see.
The usual line is "I've done nothing wrong" which means one of two things: they are playing within the law or they (and us) are so morally bankrupt that we don't know the difference between right and wrong anymore. (eg. Did Lance actually admit that he did something wrong?)
The arrogance of Obeid and other tells me that ICAC is more or less toothless when it comes to criminal convictions. All they can do is refer it to the DPP and then hope that they take up the case.
