Can someone explain why the test wells are costing $30M? At these kinds of numbers, wouldn't it almost make sense for NSE to buy its own drill rig and import its own team of individuals from any of the major shale gas areas in US? $30M of services to drill a well with a rig that probably costs outright under $10M strikes me as fairly outrageous. We are lining the pockets of the drilling services firm(s)?
