The rest is speculation and you, I and others on this forum (except maybe those SDL employees you talk about) do not know whether there is anyone else in the wings.

Therefore it is a published and announced FACT versus a speculation.

Cannot you see the difference between saying that there is ONE bidder who has made themselves known versus there are NO bidders. I have never said there are no other bidders. I have said ONLY one bidder is at the table that we know of.

You are not meant to know whether there are any other bidders until someone bids! Until then there is no other bidder.
