I agree with you on the unsecured credit facility provided by the major shareholder as a major positive. That is a big vote of confidence that the share price will rise significantly before the next equity issuance. This release is positive, but that still doesn't fix the management structure problems. Also my DFS beard is making my 2 year old son very cranky.

Don't get me wrong, I have a position so I'm not all doom and gloom. The biggest positives I see though are macro economic, and not MMC specific exactly.

1. China wants to not only sell services with the EPC, but to offload USD into tangibles. Copper is a good place to fight the current global currency wars.

2. JPM's involvment at a time when they can legally corner the market in copper while owning exploration and juniors. They have the LME in their pocket already.

The remaining issue is how can MMC mgmt deliver to investors. Forget about past promises. What is the best way forward as of now. I think a major benefit would be to trim people right now and preserve cash. Lots of folks holding oars, but only pretending to row with the team.
