Guys.. lets do some proper analysis before spitting out garbage about the Ocean leaking in.
Its 12 kilometers away!! Its not right on the outside of the open pit. Get out a map, do some maths. Where does it say they are cutting through the great ocean road?
They may have tenements that cross the road but where they are in relation to where the mine will be are two different kettles of fish.
