One of the negatives for DTE is obviously the blockages in NSW (even though NSW may only be 20-30% of DTE's value) with protests and court cases and political interference. I did think this was going to blow over and be finalised with the court decision that I thought would come down in DTE's favour and give the go ahead to extract gas.

But I note lately the ramping up of comments by Federal Env Minster in press and parliament about CSG in NSW and his criticism of the approach of the NSW govt (which I thought was reasonable) and distinguishing NSW from QLD saying that QLD CSG was predominantly not near urban areas.

I am wondering if DTE may have a lot longer to wait and wondering wether the judgement is actually the end of the matter or whether the Fed govt will get involved and start the whole thing again or worst come in over the top like they did in the Mary Valley to stop the dam.
