I can say with confidence that he does.Crown proved that. Of course the small sharholders squashed that fiasco and is one reason he has no love for them now. Not that he had any love for them before crown. The relationship goes back to his efforts to sell out to the Chinese earlier on. It was the small shareholders that helped stop that. When "Lynas the Movie" comes out all will be revealed.
