J-51 is only recently back in production, I'm sure they are being careful not to damage the well bore after it had been shut-in for several months. But yes I agree they could be producing more but aren't. Maybe lack of storage space at the moment? or several other senario's.
It's interesting though that they are still producing as much from J-50. Now 300 BOPD with an ESP on it, that well was only expected to flow around the 100 bopd mark, so the ESP has made a very significant difference to production rates. I wonder what J-51 & J-52 could ultimately do if they had ESP's installed?
Jupiter talked about additional acreage several months ago, so nothing new there as far as I'm concerned.
I'm not sure J-59 will be at total depth yet, 39 days and counting, but I'm sure its deep enough by now for them to have a very good idea about its prospects :) :)
An interesting 6 weeks coming up that's for sure.
