    No 1 actually says statistically indistinguishable from zero. I wont get into semantics , however this first statement is a great example of why these lists are rubbish.

    I am sure you can deconstruct the No 1 statement as well as I can and comment on all the problems with it as a statement.

    What test , or for that matter , what data is used to say the anomaly record is statistically indistinguishable from zero?

    Why is this a killer question?
